What you can hire me for

Based on my previous experiences as a studio manager and executive producer, I have been in charge of a few different things that I can possibly contribute to based on your studio needs.

  • From building and scaling teams to managing scope, timelines, budgets, and both internal and external resources, I’m comfortable leading every phase of production, from day-to-day operations through final delivery. I’m equally ready to step in hands-on wherever the project needs additional support.

    If production performance declines, my first priority is identifying the root cause. Is there a misalignment between the artistic vision and execution? Is a key contributor disengaged or blocked? Is the creative ambition out of sync with commercial or operational realities? Once the issue is clearly defined, I take decisive action, realigning stakeholders, restoring momentum, and ensuring the project moves forward with clarity and focus.

  • Coming from an art background, this is my comfort zone. Hiring and leading an art team, setting production milestones and ensuring pace and quality, art-style consistensy, art resource management (in-house and freelance), active involvement in art conversations and decision making are all in the zone.

  • From identifying the right publishing and strategic partners to negotiating strong commercial terms, from crafting compelling pitches to supporting funding and investor conversations, I cover the full spectrum of game business development. Whether it’s market analysis, deal-making, or long-term partnership building, I drive the process end to end to turn great games into sustainable businesses.

  • From defining the marketing strategy and positioning to producing high-impact assets including game trailers and key art posters, from designing and running targeted social media campaigns to managing store pages, coordinating PR, and executing the full release plan, I handle the entire marketing and launch process end to end. Whether it’s building visibility, driving wishlists, or ensuring a smooth launch across platforms, I make sure your game reaches the right audience and performs at release.

  • Forming playtest groups and organizing small and large playtest sessions, analysing playtest data and converting information into design and development decisions, quality assurance and delivery. I can help with all leading to a confident build that players enjoy experiencing.

  • Building and leading communities form a large part of my experience. From forming a digital art community and directing it for ten years, to building Discord communities for our games while inviting players early on for feedback all the way to crazy days of release and community-on-fire days where every player should be heard and every feedback should be assessed. I’ve been through all and I’m ready for more.
