Based on my previous experiences as a studio manager and executive producer, I have been in charge of a few different things that I can possibly contribute to based on your studio needs.

I’ve had the chance to be involved in different parts of production, working with teams on planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and coordinating both internal and external contributors. I’m comfortable supporting projects throughout development, from day-to-day production needs through to delivery, and I’m happy to step in where extra help is useful.

With a background in art, this is an area where I’ve spent a lot of time contributing. I’ve worked alongside art teams on hiring, setting milestones, maintaining visual consistency, and managing resources across both in-house and freelance artists. I enjoy being part of art discussions and helping align creative direction with production needs.

I’ve been involved in business development efforts, from researching potential partners to supporting pitches and conversations around funding and publishing. This has included helping with market insights, early deal discussions, and building relationships that support a project’s long-term goals.

On the marketing side, I’ve contributed to shaping positioning and creating assets such as trailers and key art, as well as supporting social media campaigns, store page setup, PR coordination, and release planning. I enjoy helping projects find their audience and making sure launches are as smooth and visible as possible.

I’ve taken part in organizing playtests of different sizes, working with teams to gather and interpret feedback, and helping translate that into actionable improvements. Supporting QA and contributing to a stable, enjoyable player experience is something I find rewarding.

Community building has also been a consistent part of my experience. I’ve helped grow and support online communities, from long-term creative groups to game-focused Discord servers where players are invited in early and throughout release. I’m familiar with both the steady day-to-day engagement and the more intense launch periods, and I value creating spaces where players feel heard.
